The Meyer lemon tree blossoms I photographed this spring are now beautiful fruit! These sweet smelling lemons are a cross between a lemon and a tangerine. They are sweeter and the skin is smoother than a regular lemon. These cookies have a sweet lemon flavor with a hint of rosemary. Lemon Rosemary Cookies are definitely a different type of cookie for the holidays and pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea!

Thank you, they are! And the smell of the lemons still sitting on my kitchen table this morning…on my! Someone really needs to capture that scent and make it into candles or something.
