Unexpected
Yesterday afternoon I went to Fish Creek in the Superstition Mountains with one of my photographer friends. It was a new place for me to photograph. In Arizona, there is fall color in the desert this time of year. I had no idea what we would find and had little expectations of coming home with a good image. The day was more about camaraderie for me and if I did get a good image, that would be a bonus!
As the afternoon was turning into early evening we continued along the Apache Trail and headed toward Roosevelt Lake. What an unexpected surprise…sunset was beautiful! After shooting sunset it was time to head back into the city, with a stop at Los Hermanos Restaurant a great Mexican restaurant in Superior for a quick dinner.
