My first wildflower of 2015 is one of my Desert Bluebells! Last year it was a Mexican Gold Poppy and they have sprouted, but look like they will bloom in late February or early March. Peak wildflower season is usually mid to late March for the Phoenix area. Photographers have been waiting 10 years for a spectacular wildflower season and this year looks like we are on target!

Thank you! Some of them have been coming up for quite a while. I was hoping they would bloom when we had the cold weather. A photo of them with frost would have been very different!
