Happy new year to you and Mike! Phoenix may have snow on the ground in the morning! Thinking I’ll get up early to see what I can find and then come home and have a big breakfast and a pot of coffee to warm me up!
Our property manager mentioned that this morning in an e-mail. Said her clients were trying to get into town early or were planning on delaying a few days.
No snow here yet, but very cold – 19 degrees and wind chill of 6. Freezing rain this weekend and snow *maybe* on Tuesday. I can do without the freezing rain!
